Here's what people think.
Unemployment Tax Service is an amazing organization to work with. Their professionalism, knowledge, and availability has been invaluable to our school district. They have reduced our unemployment liability greatly and have streamlined our reporting to the state. We highly recommend them and are glad to consider them a valued partner.

UTS has been extremely responsive to our numerous inquiries. They handle the majority of the interactions with the State and reach out when they need additional information. They have been instrumental in helping with some fraudulent claims, as well as billing errors, and are with us each step of the way for all appeal hearings. They are a great team and a valued partner.

I have worked with Unemployment Tax Service (UTS) at 2 different organizations, and have found them to be an invaluable resource for helping us to manage our high volume of unemployment claims. The UTS team is knowledgeable, responsive, and they are our go-to experts whenever we need help with a question related to unemployment. On several occasions, UTS has provided additional training to help our HR team better understand the unemployment claims process and regulations. They are great partners!
