This training would be done virtually or at your facility for the convenience of your organization. It is very important to understand the unemployment system and what is needed to ensure that you have a strong case. UTS would go over the importance of properly using the progressive disciplinary process, correct utilization of company policies, the importance of meeting deadlines and providing accurate information, and much more. UTS works with you to make sure you understand the unemployment process and what it takes to present a strong unemployment case.
