UTS handles processing of all unemployment claims, as well as all communications with the state agencies on your behalf. One claim, if not properly handled, has a potential liability of $11,180 in the state of Maryland. UTS reviews all determinations that are rendered on claims, and makes sure to file timely appeals on any deemed improper. UTS creates a database of all claims to track for charges and create reports.
